About Me 

 My name is Margaret Dineen. I am founder and owner operator of Blue Sky Food Consultancy. I set up this business in October 2021 after many years of working in the Food Industry . Having grown up on a small dairy farm in the West Cork Gaeltacht area in Ireland , my passion for how food is grown and produced started at a very young age .I continued my love for the industry graduating with a Bsc in Food Business . My career has spanned over twenty years in areas such as Procurement , supply chain , operations , business development , customer and financial management.​

Along with my passion and love for how good food is grown and produced , I am a mother to my daughter and my son who are my whole world !
